Patrick Campbell, MD

Dr. Campbell is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Mooresville. He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His internal medicine residency was completed at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, after which he returned to North Carolina for a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an advanced fellowship in transplant hepatology.

In addition to his general gastroenterology practice, Dr. Campbell has a particular interest and expertise in liver disease including fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, and alcohol associated liver disease.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, running, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
