LabCorp facilities at GAP:Patients requiring blood work ordered by a GAP physician may have labs drawn at any of the following facilities. Lab visits are walk-in only with no appointment necessary. Please note that you may experience extended wait times if arriving between 11:30am-1:00pm.

- Salem Office: Monday through Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm
- Kernersville Office: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 11:15am
- Clemmons Office: There is a LabCorp Patient Service Center next door to this location.
